Maintain a minimum clear space of “x” around all sides of the logo, where “x” equals the height of the “B” mark.

Photography
Our imagery should reflect the Pacific Northwest communities we steward. Authentic, well-crafted, and genuinely inviting.
Every image we use should feel as intentional as our approach to property management. Capture real spaces, real communities, and the detail-driven care that defines Bonavista, not generic stock photography.
Lighting: Lean into the Pacific Northwest's natural light. Interiors should feel bright and airy. Exteriors work best during golden hour or under the soft, even light of an overcast Seattle sky.
Composition: Clean, balanced frames that highlight architectural character and community spaces. Show the thoughtfulness behind how a property is maintained.
Color: Post-processing should enhance, not distort. Warm tones are preferred. Brand red can appear as a strategic accent but should never overpower the scene.
